Since I can remember my life has been a constant struggle between my
love for good food and my weight. I can never stay away from my favourite food
for too long. So this year I’ve decided to make a change.
No I’m not going to start exercising. No I’m not going to start eating
bland diet food. This year I’ve made it my personal mission to prepare tasty,
healthy meals. I want to enjoy every bite, without making myself feel guilty
about it.
